Osaka tune recording is a sonic depiction of a lively city that revels in its special culture and bubbly character. Highlighting tunes that wash in neon, misfire with science fiction power and praise the city's unfussy love for flavorful, sassy okonomiyaki, takoyaki and that's only the tip of the iceberg, this third EP in our Japan series features the assorted melodic settings of More prominent Osaka's biggest ethnic minorities. Koreans and Okinawans brought their own peculiar types of music-production to Osaka, which mirrored the provincial power order that formed them as people and as gatherings. Thusly, the nearby music scene was formed by their commitment to Osaka's more extensive social texture.
